This is not one of them.
While I’m not a Adonis whose Abs would cause nuns to forget their vows, I have noticed a big improvement over the last few weeks, on the size and strength of my abs, with a simple but effective change to the abs part of my gym routine.
I started using this machine:
It’s called an “Abs Crunch Machine”.
I do the following:
- Crunches to fail with no weight
- Crunches to fail with 5kg
- Crunches to fail with 10kg
- Crunches to fail with 15kg
It doesn’t take too long. I do this 2-3 times a week as part of my Body of a Spartan routine and it’s working nicely.
